Reset Windows Password v8.3

The new version of Reset Windows Password has been released. This update includes:

 Offline password policy editor. Both local and domain versions.
 Full French help is available now if French interface is selected within the program. You can also download the pdf version of the program's manual. Thanks to Laurent Debard for this great and painstaking work done.
 Password reset dialog now shows whether new password conforms to password policy (if one is set) of the target PC or not.
 Update for French language interface, provided by Laurent Debard.
 A minor fix was implemented dumping hashes to PWDUMP format. For programs that cannot treat trailing ':' characters properly.
 The feature for wiping out Windows password reset information was not working properly for some OSes.
